You have to factor in market cap and shorts being able to smash this at $140M market cap. It will still be $140M market cap after consolidation. Sezzle currently has almost no shorts & they've never really been interested in it. The shorts only love Zip (2nd highest shorted stock) and would be hard to get this down to $4 (starting at $22) with the current market cap of $140M
