I reckon Charlie could offload some of his massive shareholding? He owns almost half the company which is not normal tbh. There might also be a cap raise post-listing, but promoted in the US vs here? Either of those events would allow institutional investors to take up large-ish holdings vs scratching around trying to trade on market. Of course that assumes there is US interest in Sezzle, which I'm betting on. What's better for the share price overall?
