How did they come up with a 38 - 1 split, this question needs to be asked in Tuesdays conference call, what is the methodology and who advised it?
We all understand its all about market cap, but for the average jo looking at the share price and SZL being twice as much as Affirm, its not attractive at first glance.
A capital raise, in my view would really upset current investors because he's said over and over again there's no need for cap raise in the near future.
Does anybody know how much this listing is costing the company?
