In my opinion (which probably isn't worth much) none of the previous management at TYX is worth a pinch of salt.
Just look at the history of the TYX share price, failed ventures, and in some instance unusual and not quite on the straight and narrow business dealings.
Communication/responsiveness to shareholders has always been rubbish and isn't much better now.
