I owned K2F because I thought RUL or Maptek would buy it, but at their last earnings call RUL were adamant that they weren't looking to acquire anything and Maptek started loaning the company money on generous terms which is not what you do when you want the share price to fall so you can acquire for cheap.
The strategic review is really dragging on here. I interpret that is there not being much interest from acquirers but who really knows? No clues provided in the investor call today.
