Great to see some discussion @nihilism @burner_7 That's the whole reason I post - to see other opinions especially when they're backed up. I definitely don't mind if people agree or don't agree with me - I'm just wanting to see if I've missed anything.

Appreciate the view but the major banks will not touch this business at all - on any terms. Especially in this climate. Outside of the major banks there would/could be some appetite on terms that you mentioned. Perhaps a family office or debt house.

As for con notes, agree. It was more about looking at all forms of capital. I'd still prefer con notes over a CR - unless the SP moves up materially. This would actually be a good time for Directors to buy in but given that Mark was margin called, he clearly doesn't have the liquidity.
