The exclusivity agreement involved SKY spending 1 million pounds on advertising out of their own pocket. I believe the payment terms would stay the same, MWR also get the app fees upfront on the current deal which is packaged like that so SKY can charge the customer a once-off monthly cost keeping the transaction cheap and tidy.

It is an important question though as SKY's stock for the Christmas period will be substantial and on the current terms, the funding issues (if there is one) are almost mitigated with payment upfront. Could be a question for Mark just to confirm nothing has changed on the payment terms, I might flick him an email to confirm.

The Seniors watch won't be so weighted to the Christmas period as the kids watch. Obviously Spacetalk is an awesome pressy for ones who still believe in Father Christmas. Where as adults have their own money and seniors/caregivers will buy as the needs arise which could be anytime of the year.
