With the outlook for Australian property looking like substantial re-trace.....will be interesting to see what the revenue number looks like by year end.
A real shame with this one as I know from the Sydney team they are slowly gaining new agents, but simply failed to gain scale fast enough.
Business will need to cut management salaries substantially in my view in order to give the business a fighting chance at survival.
