How come they are trying to sell King of the Hills (KOH) which they bought off SBM only a couple of years ago?
KOH was bought as a source of ore to feed the Thunderbox operation, I think. Have they already mined this out and not found enough via exploration to make KOH a longer term viable source of ore? Have they found a heap of ore elsewhere to extent the LOM at Thunderbox? LOM is a key factor in determining the valuation of a mining company's assets.
Perhaps they have addressed these issues somewhere - I do not follow SAR too closely. I just look at their headline costs in the quarterlies and some of their presentations.
