becuse they recently paid and ate out of sync with the other 3 majors they have to notify holders of dividends come August I think,
they'll get to experience Q4 and then make the decision,
if they cut it fully I do think some holders would sell and go else's where, at the same time I think some people will see a discounted sp and an opportunity to enter into Long term hold
