The market was clearly taken by surprise that the Liberals got back in. Market up a very strong 1.4%.
I wouldn't count on a multi year rally as the US got with Trump but it would be good to see a significant rally on this surprise Liberal return to government. It certainly will help business confidence and hopefully consumer confidence too.
