Both announcements today are very positive and would have probably given us a little boost had they been received before the close.

Regarding the identity of the investor/s, my understanding(via google) is that section 708a of the corporations act provides for non disclosure if the raising does not exceed $2 million - of course tranche 1 meets that criteria. I'm guessing we will find out once tranche 2 is sorted. Not sure though so DYOR.

Anyway - I think what matters is that the placement is sorted.
