SLR went down on the merger, what does that tell you (that's rhetorical)! RED price is currently revaluing to eventual MC of the 2 combined entities as that will be the new ticker, should the merge fail both will find equilibrium on respective cash flows. See RMS for reference for current sentiment toward free cash flow valuation (SLR) and then apply RRL type multiple to RED with $1,000/oz hedges underwater (and counting) with debt......and you're implying self proclaimed street smarts with empirical evidence to the contrary .

Just look at the volume so far today Red 21.2mil against 1.9mil for Slr,Red SP up 5.56% Slr up only 2.86 % is the market trying to tell you something.
