If the majority of SLR Shareholders, be they Retail, Institution, Super holders or whatever vote in favour of this substandard merger, then they will get what they deserve, which in a number of retail holders estimation, is a lousy deal. For the sake of not sounding like a broken record, Kudos to the past Egan Street shareholders who made it clear from the start that they weren't going to accept any offer from Luke Tonkin until it was satisfactory to the Egan Street shareholders. In the end ,they prevailed. Why on earth can`t we do the same!
