OR, he's stopped taking his meds .... this merger was worked and agreed by both boards, who, very likely got the nod from major shareholders.
If that's the case, then this is a 'done deal', and small shareholders, buying small parcels will have 3/5 of 5/8 of F'All chance of blocking the merger.
