If the "merger of equals" occurred and the Phoenix company is called SLR with RED shareholders receiving 0.291 shares of SLR for every share they hold, would you vote YES or NO?

If you answered NO to this question then fair enough.
If you answered YES and were a NO voter who changed, this might suggest you are being emotional about your decision.
If you had to seriously consider the answer, again, I might suggest you need to vote with your head and not your heart.
