I don’t think you’re an idiot . Those are your words not mine . I do think you need to get a better understanding on the difference between a MERGER and a TAKEOVER though, because you do seem stuck on fair and equitable when as a merger its really all about the sum of all parts.
I understand that there is a herd mentality that has been allowed to flourish/fester on SLR’s HC and anyone with a contrarian view (ie. in support of the merger ) is jumped on but I really don’t care. All the talk that RED5 is holding SLR down doesn’t stack up with SLR’s SP trajectory of the last 3 years prior to buying RED5. That’s not just my opinion , that’s what the market has said .
The rise of SLR SP started when we bought an 11% stake in RED5 (aka Humpty freaking Dumpty) and anyone with any street smarts of SLR’s recent history jumped on them and when the merger was announced got their confirmation and doubled down . If the merger doesn’t go ahead , it’ll be SLR who’s the Humpty Dumpty and falls off the wall, because all those speculators I ASSUME will dump this stock for a tidy profit and come back again when another play is made and in the meantime all the long suffering SLR holders will still be blaming Tonkin for their misfortunes .
Anyways it’s getting late , time for me to RUN ALONG .
