I look at this simplistically.
If red hits $1 a share after merger then it implies SLR is worth $3.43 - my maths may be wrong so please correct me or cry me down if I am wrong.
How else is SLR going to get to that price if the merger does not go ahead.
My concern if the merger does go ahead is how long before they do a share consolidation - just looking at the past actions of the SLR management team that will be going forward.
