there may be a few stale holders but i am sure if they keep delivering it will take off soon .
I would love to see some chunky contract wins and i feel the language in the update points to more work
as of July level of buy back will increase substantially which should help push price up further.
while we wait there is always a chance of corporate action if it hangs around here
