He can pull it off without Ivanhoe. He doesn't need to do anything illegal.
He could do it like a streaming deal inside Clean Teq. Just lowball the scandium in the BFS and give a 50% stream on the scandium production till the discount is paid back plus a premium for the loan.
That is essentially what AUZ is doing on their $65 million option to SKI.
They get $65 cash on exercise but there are undisclosed future discounts on the cobalt. Commercial in confidence. Nobody's business.
