Last cap raise was at $1.20 and over subscribed, management have stated they will not negotiate under the NPV in the DFS. Additionally they told investors at the AGM, it was unlikely to be raised from the markets/retail investors because they don't understand the value of the company, going by your statement i would agree with that sentiment. Recent announcement indicates who they want to do business with and provides context to the situation making it more concrete. GLTAH
