Grace is an inconsistent, nuggety orebody, Alex called it 'spotty'. Right next to a high grade hit you could find nothing and vice versa.
Grace has been likened to Ramelius' first resource, Wattle Dam, it made them a lot of money but the geos hated it for its unpredictability.
Alex has been caught out with his predications about where Grace gold is and at one stage said the geos didn't even need assay results before the next drilling because they knew where the gold was.
Calculating the JORC of a spotty orebody is difficult because you have to do intense grid drilling all over it.
That is very expensive and Rox shied away from it until now.
So an early JORC would have been expensive at a time when Rox did not have the money or inferred rather than indicated and not credible.
With HP on board and plenty of cash the situation has changed.
An indicated JORC is on the way, but not for a while imo
