The ramp up costs are not being capitalised. You can see the line item very clearly in the operating cash flow.
Obviously there is also Capex as this is a mine.
This is not really relevant to my previous comment on which I'm saying you can't net cash receipts and payments on a cash flow statement breakdown. You do that perhaps on an income statement.
