@Quechee - I don't think the plant output is the issue for whether they are on target, it is whether they can sell the output or not at forecast production rates, and whether they can do so at expected basket prices. Ten new customers is all good and well, but one new high volume customer would be far better than 10 (or even 100) with volumes that are not worth a mention.
