I think it's fair to say that the share price has never really been a motivating factor. They were just fortunate to stumble into the $50m raise. I don't think they went looking for it and unfortunately it seems that management perhaps weren't capable of allocating this amount of capital effectively.

Much like the person that wins lottery, it's not long before they use up the winnings and return back to the way they were living before they won. I guess the difference here is that they have made some lasting impact in terms of building the business out. They just need to figure out how to make it sustainable from here.

It's generally in failure that the best lessons are learned however it's not ideal when it's also at the expense of share holders.
