I am not defending management, but are you able to address how you get the $30mil valuation, when assets are approx. $45mil? You are then leaving $0 for goodwill, the app, the annualised revenue.
So under your valuation assets are $45mil, but the goodwill /annualised revenue is negative $-15m due to management? I have never seen a company get to negative goodwill/revenue or a negative ratio?
