    That's the problem, in simple terms. @Zichao123 another way to think about it is this:

    B4P, DOU, EPY, LBY, OPY, SPT, SZL, ZIP - all of them have loan/funding facilities (of various sizes, some huge, some small).

    IOU - do not, they have been running on their own cash balances.
