Raise was always coming, but can we make it to US listing (raise) without having to do another local raise first. It’s going to be tighter than I thought ! Even if the notice of EGM was issued in the next 2 weeks, the process to get to actually executing the US raise and getting $s in the coffers is going to take a few months…. So we are going to need another $3m or so.
The 4c talks to the fact that we are currently negotiating with our lender to borrow extra funds. Maybe another $2m, and $2m more cash receipts from the $10m trial ( $2m received to date , 40% of cash flow of $10m in FY23, so I believe that means another $2m this quarter (q4)), plus $1m normal receipts.

Tight, but no doubt weekly cash flow projections happening at CDX head office every week
