What’s caught my eyes is the music management companies use jxt database to value their artists’ music portfolio. This is gold.
Valuation firms need buy/sale data to direct compare with the assets they are valuing. This data can only be obtained from their own buy/sale department therefore for some specialised asset classes banks only put certain firms on their panel as valuers.
jxt data is the only reliable source of truth. This is gold.
