My understanding is vampr was also created to assist with connecting people within the music industry (the google app store has it named "vampr - find & meet musicians" and apple app store has it named "vampr - find artists & gigs"). So merging and integrating the two makes sense and should hopefully drive growth and adoption and a better combined product. Also, noting that the reviews of the vampr app on those stores aren't all 5 stars and are interesting to read. Potentially Jaxsta can provide the verifiable industry credits to the Vampr app so individuals can trust the work that others are saying they've done. Would also be interesting if Jaxsta can leverage off Vampr's mobile app, rather than having to build a Jaxsta mobile app from scratch. I think it makes sense for them to pursue multiple avenues at once e.g. database, social, consumer retail, but that's just my view.
