will the Singapore Telco bring in 20,000 subscriptions per month x 12 x $10 = $2.4M? (which will cover 4 months of expenses)
Macquarie Telecom looks OK and imminent
they might need around 125,000 users to be worth $1 on a PE ratio of 30
125,000 x $10 per month x 12 less $10M expenses x 70% tax divided by 105m shares x PE ratio of 30 = $1 share price
but then, i am just doodling due to my techno illiteracy
