I've been told and I think I saw on a quarterly somewhere (don't quote me on it) that it would take 15 months to get ship into production. So assuming they get the port facility up and running early 2015 that would mean we would have to have the funding by July / Aug / Sept 2013.


I thought it was an ok quarterly and would be happy to pick up some more under .6 but I'm happy if it doesn't go there.
