I agree with the working capital assessment, that's why I have said it wont be their last Cap raising.

This is why
I do not believe they are spending capital on consultants instead of finishing the plant, they want or think it will be easier to sell a working capital raising over there..............................

As stated before the flood of raisings at 1.25 and shares for goods,,,,,many many many many more shares will eventually be on issue, Dividends are a lifetime away
