The whole market is getting smashed a bit today, so BCI more or less just macro casualty. Its just amusing as there really was no point rushing in to get allocation at 43 cents when you could have just placed a order under this and get the quota. Pretty sure BCI has more upside than it does down. I may even slap in a order for 40 cents just in case it slips a cent or two more.
