Also interesting that they appear to be 'beefing up' the size of the North/South Road - some of that work can be seen below. I'd reckon they would be 'raising' the road level to provide some sort of levy type barrier for flood waters from the east. This is still a major exposure for the project as the ponds are all 'open ' to the east, and one I'm sure they would have 'learned' from recent/former rain events.
Half way through April and still nothing from the co on the Cost/Design Review. I'm going O/S next week for a stretch so I'm certain it will surely be announced once I leave the country......
