It was on their website as 3 April but must still be missing part of the puzzle. I personally think they need some approval news to kick the price higher adn tehn do their raise. If you google WA EPA you will find an intersting news article about the trouble they have keeping asseement stafff...they keep leaving and goign to industry which in turn makes the backlog longer.
I have reached peak boredom with this stock, but goign to hang on in there. Life changing if they get it right and built.
