97%* complete in October as per general meeting document. So fair to assume the earthworks are done, it appears earthworks contractor for those ponds have left site also.
However if the design is under review?? Are walls to be higher? wider? and fair to assume the rock armour is at 0%, as a new entry from the public road is required for multi trailer trucks to access the project (somewhere in the comms).
Hopefully cyclones and storm surges, or inland flooding are avoided this season.
