I did a timeline in another post somewhere, I don't expect it until around Easter.

EPA provides comments, company has to respond - could even include additional investigations or reports which all take time. Then the EPA have to assess the responses, possibly ask some follow up questions and have some clarification meetings with the company before recommending to the Minister. The Minister then has 40 business days by memory to make a decision.

This would be a drain on some of the BCI team who are busy doing other work, so it's not a surprise that it takes some time, it's also not the critical path to commencing production.
