Yes, I had indeed missed that paragraph about scoping a plan B for port access. This is very good.
By the time the DFS is done, they will know whether Sino are going ahead with the Buckland JV so having two transport options will be critical for Mardie. This not only gives the project some legs if Sino back away from the JV, but it also prevents Sino from using Mardie to leverage BCI hard on the Buckland deal.
