affidavits are a very sad read and reflect, in my opinion, an unflailing trusting nature of Australian geos doing deals. Very similar to the 'binding' terms sheet for 25m for avalon - spending a few extra dollars on half decent lawyers at an early stage can sometimes help, an avoid the need to spend hundreds of thousands at a later date.
