More like: option was free. Capital raise at .38
Options have a shelf life of two years- heads will hit 80 cents at some point in that time IMO making oppies 25 cents
Sell your cash holding for even 25 cents
If you bought a mill: $250,000
Assuming you only got 25 loss $130,000
Hold options for a year- sell at 25 cents on the rise
Profit $250,000
Minus $130k loss
Total profit $120k
For those selling at 33,2,1,30 etc the margin is bigger and they are cashed out with a minor loss of 10-15% but hold free carried oppies with long life.
