Good move to get ground in a hot area, but not necessarily to go it alone. As SRI have found out today yet again, a small explorer may struggle to hit a sweet spot by just drilling an expensive hole or 2 each year. A large partner is required imo, otherwise these types of plays can quickly drain the bank with little to show for it.

 

Better to hold 10% and let someone with deep pockets explore on our behalf, then concentrate on the main play at Forrestania.
