It's just mind boggling any Joe blow reading through Mae Ann would think it's a successful company . Recapitalisations, spp's , flow rates , strategic plans, operational objectives. Scratch the surface and it ain't so rosy. I get it's not in their interests to be self defeating but delivering on at least one statement regarding an actual cash flow producing function makes all the difference. IMO the only critical factor in this whole saga is gas production. One thing this Ann does pretty much spell out is that an asset sale has pretty much been given up on. There will be no quick reward for a specie even if this does pan out it'll be a long hard slog and your money will be tied up for a long time.
