A JV there, or this new spin out company, with other experienced in that type of gas type, would put Helper on its own, and add real value to holders.

Big positive, and should have done it 12m ago.

anyway, the market ought to like, some new experience in directors/ or JV ops to exploit the assets.

I think its a good move.
