would put the Helper assets into, not the clear creak assets.

I really dont see the problem here.

Currently there is no value attributed to Helper in MAE'sp.

Now you go and give shareholders an inspecie distribution, in a second company with a different managment and operations team, and value shareholders will get.

Its a great move, and as i am having no value atm, in mae recognised by the market for helper, this is a huge bonus.

Or how about a JV who buys into the Helper asset and brings same, additional expertise into production.

You fellas seem to bag everything MAE does, so then you can go and bag the jv partner as well, just for a change.
