Also sure a jv sounds good but they need to find an interested party. They will have to sweeten any deal to entice people. Short term more loss of value to sh upside is all from the jv partner doing what Mae cant so their % stake will need to be large. IMO this is spin as much as a last ditch attempt to save any part of the co. Best thing is jc is going don't take it fogranted that a jv is given they already failed to sell the cos asset twice.
