Cant see the bank going along with MAE stripping out assets..bring in more directors when they cant afford the ones they have....Seeking parners for clear creek, no one wanted to buy it why do they think someone will be willing to JV on reasonable terms(assuming the sset is in fact worth something??? Would the bank go along with this or are they the ones that pushed for it??? Change of plan reflecting the fact that the plan they have been following for the last 6months has failed????? No gas flows coming forward??? Wht are the chances that the restructuring is designed to suck more money out of investors, possible that it is a prelude to a major recapitalisation that in fact will make current shares significantly more worthless than they are now????
