ADY hasn't expressed a commitment either way regarding future and dividends, to be clear.
But, if ADY and its board are truly committed to being a genuine, recognised and respected mining company, they ought to.
Because Hainan are footing the bill for equipment and mine development, I foresee the running costs for ADY being fairly minimal, apart from staff wages, leasing an office, flights and stationary/sundry? And of course, paying off the loans afforded to them.
