I fear MA will continue more of the same, which of course worked very well while La Niña dominated Australia. El Niño is fast approaching along which much higher cost of capital. A low risk environment and this could well continue for many years to come and if ELD is not carful it will be back in the hands and at the will of the bank.

MA in my opinion has too many tickets on himself. The past was a lucky combination of circumstances, the future needs to be controlled extremely well to achieve sustainable growth in profits and dividends.
