Sounds like he’ll fit in well with the MTC boys, sorry, directors. Russell & Gino have expertly milked this company, all while following the so-called ‘rules’ around public company directors remuneration and related party transactions.
As for the ‘fast tracked’ drilling campaign, these directors have stayed true to form by not following through with what’s written in company announcements.
MTC could be a great stock to trade if you have the courage. It’s incredible how many shares are traded when the stock price is having a run, especially since it’s considered to be a tightly held share register with directors holding the largest chunk of shares.
Be very sceptical about any company any of these directors are involved in. A simple google of their names shows many articles highlighting their failures, and, the MTC share price and zero actual return to shareholders over the years speaks volumes as to their poor ability to provide neither short or long term shareholder value.
